We’re looking for a highly motivated Personal Lines Sales Producer to join our team. A Sales Producer is required to keep up in a fast-paced industry and guide their clients through the personal lines insurance buying process while educating them along the way.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish new relationships with potential clients, gather information to find the best coverage for their needs, and gain their commitment.
- Once a product is sold, you will need to fill out appropriate forms and input into the software system.
- Be a professional multi-tasker and work efficiently with multiple online systems.
- Learn the in’s and out’s of personal lines insurance (No prior knowledge? No problem!)
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
Professional and Personal Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Articulate and professional voice in person and on the phone.
- Professional attire.
- Self-starter, driven, can manage rejection well.
- Confident, energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest.

Experience: Sales – 3 years (Required)
License/Certification: Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
