The relationship we build with our clients is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we think you’d love to learn a little more about the people who strive to take care of your needs.

How did you get started working at Miller’s?

“I’ve been here for about three years, I had a background in international health insurance and I was looking to diversify and learn more about personal insurance, so I came here and got my license and started out as an Account Manager. Now I’m a Personal Lines Producer; so I’m more responsible for sales and maintaining my book of business.”

What are you passionate about? Do you have any hobbies?

“I have a 9 year old son so I spend a lot of time with him! He’s involved in a lot of sports and Boy Scouts so he definitely keeps me busy. I really enjoy going to the gym; my son and I just started running 5K’s together. I like going to concerts- I recently had floor seats to Billy Joel, I love him and have wanted to see him for years so I’m glad I finally got to, it was amazing.”

What are three words that describe Miller’s?

1.)    “Integrity

2.)    Availability

3.)    Trustworthy- we’re a local agency so when we say we’re available to people we’re physically here for them, whereas other agencies sometimes have to deal with their clients from a call center and their unable to build a strong level of trust.”

Name three things people would be surprised to learn about you.

“Hmm I’m not very interesting haha, let me think!

1.)    I don’t eat seafood. At all.

2.)    I enjoy shopping and accessorizing like most girls do

3.)    I’m a Jersey shore girl- I grew up in Wildwood every summer as a kid!”

What’s the best thing about your job?

“The best thing about my job is that I truly feel like I’m helping people. At the end of the day I’m helping them with their situation or educating them on what they do or don’t have; so I get a lot of satisfaction from that- knowing that I helped someone review their policy and gave them appropriate coverage. At the end of the day I have to feel like I’m doing something beneficial for the clients. I want to make their situation the best that I can for them, and do it to the best of my ability.”

What’s the best vacation you’ve been on?

"I just went to Disney World last month with my son and family. We had an amazing time. It was great to see how excited he was for all the rides and shows. Our favorite show was “Lights, Motors, Action” and our favorite ride was the “Rockin Roller Coaster.”

Name something on your bucket list.

“I have a lot of stuff on my bucket list! Since I’m Irish and Italian I’d love to visit Ireland or Italy at some point.”

What advice do you have for prospective Miller’s clients?

“Make sure you’re having your policy reviewed at least every two years, and we’d be happy to help you with that and give you any recommendations.”
