We have 17 licensed Agents and 10 licensed Customer Service Agents, a claim manager dedicated entirely to claims, and many other full time employees- more than 40 trained staff to better serve our customers.

We have approximately 20,000 policies in force. We guarantee claim contact within 24 hours of your contacting us.

We do business with several great companies such as; Erie Insurance Group, Westfield Insurance Group, Encompass Insurance, National Grange, Cumberland, Safeco, Drive from Progressive, AIG, Eastern Alliance, Travelers St. Paul, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Time, Golden Rule, Trustmark, West Coast, John Hancock, Educators Mutual, Delta Dental, United Healthcare, Unum, United Concordia and many others.

Fran Shaw Miller’s Insurance Agency has been in business since January 1975. Our agency is divided equally between Commercial and Personal Lines of insurance. We are here to serve you! We are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Shawn Neustadter We are consistently in the Elite group of agencies throughout the country. Our agency has won every sales and quality award available from our various companies. We are conveniently located on Route #113 north of the PA Route #30 bypass just outside of Downingtown, PA.
