Tricia Cichon

Tricia joined the Miller's Team in 2011 and took hold of the Commercial Lines Department,  and has since taken over the management of the Employee Benefits Department.  She oversees the sales, growth, development and administration of all phases of Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits at Miller's.

Tricia began her insurance career at Hare, Chase and Heckman Insurance Agency where she served as a Producer and Commercial Account Manager for 11 years. She served as a P&C Underwriter at Pennock Insurance for 3 years, then advanced to the role of National P&C Broker with All Risks, Ltd. where she focused on catastrophic wind insurance in Florida. Before joining the Miller's Team, Tricia was a Senior P&C Broker at Jimcor Agencies.

In my position, I focus on ensuring that our staff is knowledgeable and empowered to make decisions, solve problems, and complete work assignments. Personally, I oversee regulatory compliance, and coordinate the origination, development and management of relationships between companies, producers and insured's."
